RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy from day of delivery. Your item must be in our hands within those 14 days for a return - PLEASE DO NOT GET APPROVAL FOR A RETURN AND THEN NOT SHIP IT BACK FOR WEEKS.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. Shoes must be unworn and in their original box or packaging.
-Items must be free of animal fur and odors including smoke smell.
-Perishable goods, bath/beauty, glasses, hat/hair accessories, jewelry, sale items and clearance CANNOT be returned as they are final sale items.
-TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT; INCLUDE A NOTE AND EMAIL OR FACEBOOK MESSAGE US FOR ADDRESS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
You will receive store credit or an exchange for the exact amount you paid.
